Dushyczka Shirt

200.00

Dushyczka shirt is a kimono style shirt made from pure linen. The shirt is decorated with a screen printed graphic designed by Monika Trypuz, inspired by the traditional Slavic, November holiday Dziady, during which – as it was believed – the souls of the dead left cemeteries and went to their family houses to meet relatives and celebrate together the All Souls’ Day. A careful observer might notice the not-coincidental similarity of the cemetery gate featured on the shirt to the one from Firlej, currently displayed in the Open Air Village Museum in Lublin.
The print was made using eco-friendly water-based paints which penetrate the fibers of the fabric without affecting its breathability. The print cannot be felt on the surface of the shirt, it is highly durable, and does not bleed.
Dushyczka shirt will look great both in casual and formal outfits.
Shirt is packed in stylish, linen bags embroidered with the How I logo, closed with a cotton ribbon.
The model on the photos is 170 cm (5’7”) tall and wears size 38.
